The "Event Day" Package
This package is intended for the people or couples who like to plan the details of their event, but would like professional assistance on the day of the event to make sure that everything runs smoothly. This Is It Events will set up, manage, and coordinate every detail during your day of celebration so you, your family and friends can relax, enjoy, and not
miss one moment of the event. The "Event Day" package includes more than just the actual day of your celebration. We will meet in person approximately four times, including one site visit. We work with your vendors to ensure they arrive on time and provide the services you expect.

• 4 face-to-face consultation meetings beginning 6 weeks prior to
your event date (The last meeting will be a ceremony & reception
site walk through)
• Unlimited email and phone calls throughout the process
• Etiquette advisement
• Confirm with vendors 3x: 4-6 weeks, 1 week, and the day
before the event
• Assist with the ceremony, processional, and recessional order
• Provide final guest count to vendors and confirm any balances due
• Ceremony & reception site design and layout
• Rehearsal direction
• Review vendor contracts to ensure proper conveyance on your
event day
• Prepare a Event Day Timeline for the bridal party and vendors |

• Event/wedding rehearsal with event/wedding party
• Discuss meeting times for entire event/wedding party
• Meet with bride and groom for any last minute details
• Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought & set up such as:
toasting glasses, cake server, programs, bubbles, favors, etc. |

• Coordinator will serve as a liaison between the couple and the
vendors, family and event party
• Coordinate final details with all vendors
• Greet vendors and coordinate the setup of the ceremony and reception
• Keep activities on schedule per event Day Timeline
• Access to bridal emergency kit
• Display place cards, guest book, couple's picture, & setup reserve
signs at the reception
• Distribute final payments/gratuities as needed to service providers
• Oversee all events on your event day, including setup and
break-down of decor
• Ensure all flowers, bouquets, and boutonnieres are distributed
• Coordinate reception activities with DJ and or MC: father/daughter,
mother/son, cake cutting, bouquet/garter tosses
• Greet and direct late arriving guests
• Ensure marriage license is signed by the appropriate parties
• Ensure event party is tucked away following the ceremony to be
promptly available for post-ceremony photos
• Assist photographer in coordinating pre and post event photos
• Arrange for gifts, guest book, and personal items to be handed off
to a pre-designated person or persons |
